vaccum from engine goes to zero when put in drive

2007 ford fuzion 3.0 vaccum in engine is at 16 when in park but when you pu
it in drive or reverse it goes to zero so theres no vaccum to the power brake
booster and it makes the brakes really hard

The brake booster hose is disconnected and im taking vaccum pressure fro intake manifold

Must have a bad leek in hose some where ! Use bottle of soapy water and spray hoses while car running !
