12V battery in Kia Niro 2017

I need to reset my 12v battery in the Kia Niro.  My clock it not working and I was
told my the Service Department to reset the battery.  How to do that?

No regular 12v battery in Niro only a lithion ion battery next to the larger battery and to reset the clock not working take sd card out then start the car and push the pin reset card then after it resets put the sd card back in. The sd card is above the 4 way icon under the radio. The Niro touring Pin reset button is to the rt of the volume button.

Worked perfectly! The dealership told us to look for the 12V battery which we did, almost took the back seat apart looking. Great to know there isn't one! Again...Thank you
