What type of gas do I buy for my x3 bmw

Premium. Check your owners manual but it probably says to use a minimum of 91 octane.

93 bro, dont put 91 or lower. If you do it have at least $5000 in your pocket

Some states (like mine) only have 91 octane premium. Since California is probably the biggest market in the world for BMW's you can bet they should run OK on 91.

I use regular 87 octane. Runs like a MFF.

Only use 91 grade gasoline.. 93 grade gasoline has ethanol in it .. bMWs do not like ethanol .. if you stay in the state that does not offer 91gasoline do not to buy a BMW or you going to be placing valve stem’s ethanol dries out the whole system

I’ve been putting 91 and it runs terrible and check engine light comes on. Put 93 and runs better and light goes off. Already replaced injectors, all!! And it only has 53,000 2014

Only put what it calls for. BMW vehicles use premium gas only

91 grade gasoline only BMWs do not like ethanol do not listen to the dealership they will sell you anything 91 Grade gasoline only stay away from ethanol

Interesting how so many people think they know the answer. State their opinion like it was a proven fact. If you check it out, there is no problem with lower octane on modern engines.
