Parrot makes some Bluetooth accessories that can be wired into OEM your upper end hi fi stores can usually make or have custom adapters made so harness is not chopped. The cheap way is Motorola Bluetooth handsfree system that mounts to the visor and uses FM modulator to transmit to the radio. Hardwired is most desirable.
