hello i have a 2003 navigator 5.4 engine 2wd and want to know the reason why does when im going up hill it drives it struggles going up a hill and my tranny doesn not shift into the gears going up

no i haven't but also wen i take off on it wen its gonna go into 2nd gear it gives alittle kick i think my tranny is going bad

Yes that is what it sounds like. Since it is acting up already may be to late to try and change the transmission fluid and filter.
