Jeep Wrangler dash lights go on and engine cuts out

Asked by Lcole20 Dec 18, 2020 at 08:43 PM about the 2017 Jeep Wrangler

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I drive 60-70 mph and rpm above 2 my
jeep will cut out and steering wheel brakes
and gas pedal lock up. Have taken it to dealer
and they say it doesn’t happen when they
drive it so they can’t diagnose it. I have no
clue what is going on

This could be a number of things. a bad cam sensor, bad crank sensor or something simple like cleaning the battery terminals and cables.
