Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Was just told by corporate that they
have caught up on all back orders.
Why hasn't ours been fixed yet?

Did the dealership tell you that or was that Subaru of America?

How much of a back order is that? What time frame did they tell you? As far as I'm concerned it's a safety issue with no backup camera ....hold their feet to the fire....WOW....it's practically a brand new car. Disgraceful quality control. Very disappointing.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Make yourself an annoyance to your Subaru dealer! BTW Corporate will tell you whatever BS they need in order to get you out of their hair.

Dealer finally called. Made appt for next Mon. Will be 5 weeks without if it happens on Mon. Expect to hear from corporate shortly after that with a gesture of good woll.

I just had my screen module replaced in my 2018 Outback because there was a defect in the modules in the 2018 models. I’m concerned now with the re- lacement because after I back up the backup camera stays on for a few seconds while I drive forward up my driveway. Does anyone else have this happen?
