As per this site: http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/mazda/ Your code indicates Bank 1, Sensor 1 02 sensor is not responding to the PCM. Sounds like you need a new 02 sensor. Check the wiring while you are down there to make sure none has shorted or burnt through.
