929 Mazda won't start it wines

What do I do I have a Mazda 929 it's won't start the
battery ok cuz all the lights come on it just won't
turn over n crank

That sounds like the starter solenoid is not engaging. Time for a new starter.

Check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4. Check the battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight. If cables are ok, check voltage signal at the starter solenoid as you try to start it, If signal voltage is present and still no crank condition, replace starter
