The fan stuck on high speed. Even if i keep it on low speed, its goes back to
high speed randomly. Only for few seconds it goes to original speed but mostly
it is running on high speed. Kindly help. AC is working fine and cooling as
normal.

Sounds like a blower motor resistor issue.
Does your car have automatic temperature control? If so it will take control of the fan and something may be wrong with the EATC unit. Google EATC problems on a 2004 Mercury for more information.
Hi guys. Just wanted to inform you that finaly the problem is solved and it was a part that power the fan needed to be replaced. My aircon fan stopped working so i took it to mechanic and he inform me that there is a chip which is next to the aircon fan is faulty. I dont know what is the name but it is just next to the fan motor under the hood. Well i replaced it just to make sure that my fan starts working but after replacing it, it also solved the issue where the aircondition was randomnly turning to high speed. I thought that i must inform as this might help others facing similar issue.
