High beams won't click on

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My headlights work but when I try to click on the high
beams they won't stay on. What actually needs to be fixed
or what is the exact problem? Trying to keep from getting
ripped off.

Can you hold the switch in the high beam position and have them on? It sounds like the stalk/switch is the issue.

Yes I can hold it and they work. So it would be the stalk/switch possibly?
MGM_Mobile_Electroni... answered 6 years ago
That is most likely your issue. It should be considered a multifunction switch.

One more question... how much (estimated) do these cost and to get them fixed?
MGM_Mobile_Electroni... answered 6 years ago
Well, the price varies. The switch could be between $20~$60. The cost of a mechanic varies even more. Probably between $60~$100 an hour. The total should be between $100~$200. This is just a general estimation. You may want to get a second opinion on the cost but this is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
The head elites are working fine so you telling me that the switch is not working do I have to turn the top nod to the or to the left.
