air conditioner compressor not turning. broken or is there a module or fuse to replace?

air conditioner compressor stopped turning. relay, fuse, module or just broke?

Low on freon, or presssure cut-off switch bad. Easily replaced. LS has 4 wires, GS has 2 wires. On the GS shorting the wires will tell if the switch is bad. Not sure on the LS which wires.

you will have to get the leak fixed, and system evacuated and re-charged

Am haveing same problem for 9o grand marquis has freon in and new blower resistor and blend door

Check/replace the over-pressure cut off valve. It sticks right up on top, easy to get at and replace.. Has a schrader check valve, I think (saves freon) You can check it by shorting the wires together, and see if the compressor runs.
