Any check engine codes?
how do you retrieve the codes
OBD II code reader or go to a parts store and most of them will pull codes for you. Call first if it is an independent shop.
These code readers are cheap online. As low as $10 for an Autel.
How sure are you that both the battery and starter are good? Load test battery? Have you done a voltage drop test on all the wires going from battery to starter, battery to alternator, alternator to ground and body grounds? Do you hear a click when trying to start car? No crank no start, or crank no start? Lots of possibilities.
no clicking nothin ck all connection looked good had starter and battery ck all good
could it be the anti thief system
Starter relay tested? Fuses checked?
starter relay fuse replaced
Do you have a red key blinking on dash when you turn key? If so it is your anti-theft PATS system.
You said fuse replaced...which one blew? There is a reason it blew. Start with this circuit as it might lead you to your issue. Did it blow again and you haven't checked it?
I had this issue, wiggled the key hard and it starter; sometimes. Ended up threading a spring from a fountain pen onto the ignition switch pin that sticks up. Switch under the column. That took out the extra play in tumble/actuators and it starts every time.
