I have a 2006 Mercury Marquis gs and the fan for the heat and a/c blow on all speeds but you can hardly hear it and can only tell a little difference from low to high. Normal? Where to start? 1 Answer

I can tell a little difference from low to high on a/c or heat. I have not ever had a car or vehicle that did not blow hard and loud on high heat or particularly a/c. Ideas?
