I believe my LCM on my 2000 grand marquis is going out. Headlights and dash flicker on and off while driving and I have dealt with it for about a year in a half now due to how expensive it is!

Now my blinkers won't even come on I can
only assume it's due to the LCM. Also it is
making a clicking noise as it's always done
but now even when the cars off and I
believe it's killing my battery. I guess my
question is would a 2000 fall into that "un-
recall" it has 170000 miles on it?

From what you have said i,think you may need to check your alternator, sound,s like it may be working a part time job.
Well the alternator doesn't smell bad and when running I have a good charge on my battery according to the battery gauge.
It's almost like the power is getting blocked from the battery to the car but all connections are good and clean
It has one from neg to frame then from frame to power distribution box I actually found a loose black wire coming from my ac motor and ac doesn't work
Grounded the black ac wire and it started no problem wtf I'm not understanding
