Hi First I am sorry that my english not very will i am not from usa I own 2000 grand marquis .afer the engine is dameg we repleace it with 96 grand marquis engine (we replace all parts of old one to new engine .sensors ,injectors,intak unit,coils ) The proplem is the engine dos not start and when we check it no power to injectors Fuel pressure is ok and fuel pump working very will .spark is ok I try to inject fuel handly in throttel the engine started Please help me to fix this issue

    have a 99 grand marquis will crank good but no start if you turn key off and on several times then you will hear fuel pump finally kick on.does that mean fuel pump is going bad and needs replaced
