Radio installation without a wiring harness

Someone cut the harness out and I'm not sure what
all the wires are. What is the best way to look up a  
wiring harness diagram for it be?

Buy and adapter cable for your year car. Go to a junk yard, and cut the harness off with the plugs/sockets intact. Then splice the junk yard harness to your car, matching colors. Easier than trying to find the correct diagram, unless someone has one. What year car?
