1971 GMC no power

Asked by Zachary Dec 02, 2017 at 04:21 PM about the 1971 GMC C/K 1500 Series

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I left the lights on and drained my battery. I have tried jumping it and connecting it to a charger, as well as other batteries. I get no power at all to anything, but when I connect a battery the alternator turns a little bit and stops. Any ideas?

Have your battery charged and tested. Inspect and clean all battery connections and grounds including the one at the starter.
