I would first look if your compressor is running if it is check to see what your low pressure side is running on the compressor. You should have around 45-55 lbs depending on the outside temperature.

It just started when I turn the heat on the AC blows. Every now and than when you hit the floor button you hear a noise from the glove box area alomost like a high pitch grind
