I have a 2019 registration Kia Sportage I recently put £56 in the tank getting
in return 301 miles I already had 83 miles indicated on fuel gauge is this
correct do you think I do about 100 miles a week

Kia states the mileage per gallon is 21 mpg in the city, 25 mpg on the highway. Since yours is fairly new, you will get a couple MPG lower until the engine loosens up.
