Fuel in the oil, it is likely got a defective fuel injector that is leaking into the cylinder. Pull the spark plugs and look for one that looks different than the others. Get this repaired right away as fuel washing the oil off of the cylinder is not good for it's lubrication. If it is a 3.8 V6, those had many issues with head gaskets going bad. I owned a new 1993 and other than the bad head gasket at 70,000 miles it was trouble free. Fixed it myself after it leaked coolant into the number 3 cylinder causing hydrolock and the connecting rod to be bent on start up. I still have the rod and piston out in the garage.
Also a bad head gasket will not put fuel into the crank case.
