What size tires goes on a 1993 mercury grand makiues

There should be a sticker on the Driver's door or "B" pillar that tells you the tire size(s). I understand that sometines these get muffed up.

Tracy has the right answer, with one proviso. 16 inch rims were an option on the car. Check the tires that are on the car and see if it is a 15 or 16 inch rim. If it is a 15, the factory size is 215/70R15, and a 225/70R15 works well. IF, however, you have the optional 16s, the size is 225/60R16.
