91 Aero star will not start, just makes a click. Battery is good, starter is good, starter relay is good, what could be preventing the starter from receiving power to start? Neutral safety switch??

Starter solenoid? Loose connections?
Agree with TA77,if you here it click,do as he said.
Agree. Always check for good solid connections. If you're hearing a click, the solenoid could be froze up. A few light taps may free it up. Or solenoid could be on it's way out.

you can always pull the starter and solenoid to test it if you know how with a car battery...........Spray a non-flammable lubricant in it if possible and run jumper cables just like you we going to jump start your. It could also be you alternator too. make sure terminals are clean and here is a good idea no matter what anyone says........ Spend 20 dollars and CHANGE ALL FUSES except for relays under hood and under drivers side..........................

Loose Or Bad Connection's , Bad Ground Or Starter Relay, Can't Much Go Wrong It's Only A 4 Part System , Start With Power To The Starter , If None , Disconnect And Clean All Connections , Recheck , If Power When U Turn On Key , it's The Starter , Also Make Sure U Ck . Battery Voltage, Just Simple Stuff, There Is No Fuse For The Starter Circuit ,
