i need help knowing my motor sounds like if it needs oil but it dont but i when i push on the car it dont make that sound

The oil dipstick is your friend. Use it! If your car engine is making noises due to needing oil, damage is already occurring.

Agree with Bob,damage has all ready happening,if you oil is full.
