Can't find diagram anywhere

Installation: (1) Install the parking brake shoes. (2) Install the cable clip. (3) Install the hold down spring and cup. (4) Install the shoe-to-shoe spring. The painted spring goes toward the rear. (5) Install the strut. (6) Install the adjuster and spring. (7) Install the shoe to anchor springs. (8) Install the brake rotor. (9) Install the brake caliper.

I have replaced rear brakes (disc) on a 99 mitsubishi montero sport but I can't get the hub to turn. Auto transmission, in neutral, emergency brake released so what did I do wrong
