Can't remember off the top of my head, follow the fuel line and find out. It's on there somewhere... or in the fuel tank, but I don't think it is on Mitsubishis. If you're going to replace a fuel filter make sure you have the right tools to do the job (Don't use a screwdriver to pop a pressure clip connection) And pop the gas cap before you pull the filter... It's better to get a drizzle of gas than to get a pressurized shower.

the fuel filter is submerged in the tank and doesn't require replacement.. they are built to last the only time you will need to replace them is when you ever need to replace the pump.. even then you don't have to... but i recommed you do it just for peice of mind...

sorry dave but your wrong, on the Gallant the fuel filter is right by the right rear tire. they have a different clip on it you have to get a screwdriver in there and pry 4 tabs on each clip back to get it off Thanks for playing
