passenger seat elevation

Question type: General

Have a 2020 Toyota Highlander Platinum.  Driver seat elevates and I thought
the passenger side did as well.  Can't elevate the passenger seat now.  
Dealership told me that it never did.  The online specs for the Platinum says
"power passenger seat," which is the same spec for the driver seat.  Please
clarify.

You thought the passenger seat had height adjustment? Maybe you should look for important things like that prior to purchase... My wife bought a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with every package except the technology upgrade. When I got in I found the passenger seat had only manual adjustments... Yes, she's as unprepared as you... DAMN MAZDA.
