How do I get my 93 Lexus ES300 to start after the alarm went off.

I just bought it and everything is/was
working fine. I locked it using the inside
door locks. Then went to move it and the
alarm went off. I unlocked it using the key
turning it left then right. The alarm stopped
but the car won't start now.
