Try the control blower module located below the blower motor resistor. I believe it's called a blower motor linear control module, but can be found as the blower controller. Hope it works, it worked on my 97. It's located on the driver side next to the gas pedal under the blower resistor you replaced. It's a little bigger then the resistor, when you pull it out it's basically a transistor with a heatsink on it. You will need an angle driver to unscrew it to pull it out or drop the gas pedal. If it works, great my pleasure to help. Mike
