Should a used car from the dealer charge 400 and 800 respectively on dealer prep and mv charges for their vehicles?

Dealer prep on a used car? No way..no, no. Dealer prep is the work and expense the dealer has to do to get a car ready for the showroom or lot and ready to deliver to buyer after taking delivery from manufacturer NEW.

You have the "Trump" card on this negotiation ,,, don't buy it. Dealers do that so during bargaining they can remove it from the price ... that makes many buyers think they are getting the price reduced .. when in fact it's the same as Home Depot does by raising the price then giving you 25% off
