How to open a stuck trunk lid?

Button in the glove compartment, the valet switch. Open glove press button and it will open

Press button in glove box to turn off valet mode and then press the trunk button like normal.

The glove box button to disable the fob and the trunk popped open it also worked with the trunk opener in the car but the fob still isn’t working. What should I do?
