I owned a 2011 Lexus ES 350, it has been sitting outside in winter for about 3 weeks without starting it. Last night I started it and it had a light hesitation and then the engine started shaking.

I turned it off and re-started and it seems to be fine, but the check engine light came up. Drove it for about 15 mins, turned it off waited a while and turned it on again, drove it for about 10 mins and the engine light still on. Parked it overnight and drove it to work, it rides fine, but the light still on.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE CODES PULLED FROM THE CAR, GO TO AUTO ZONE IF ONE IS NEAR YOU AND THEY WILL PULL THE CODES FOR FREE...POST THEM HERE FOR HELP
