My 94' Lexus GS 300 will not start so how and where can i get help for under $200

Last week I lock my cellphones in the car and had to go thru the window to
get them out, in the process of doing so so i set the alarm off two times and
when i finally  got in and were fix to leave for work, the car would not start  .
but all the dash light formats come on.

You set the antitheft system off when you entered the car and alarm went off,try this,,Remove key from car,,remove battery cable for about 10 minutes,the place key in car and turn the igntion to the on position,then replace the battery cable,should reset it,want cost you anything,but a little time.

Thanks T_S_T , your answer was very helpful .....it turn but now I guess my battery is low cause now nothing is coming on on the dash broad nor is the radio coming on neither.

OK so if I buy a new battery everything should be back to normal function?
