Sounds like earth, or computer box software, reset computer and will start again. Is it a club-Lexus computer configuration or the older one. They differ 1999.3 - 1999.12

Google how to reset computer box, Depending on make and model. if that don`t work you know it`s earth leek.Very easy to find in dark while engine is running. Look for spark anywhere even if very tiny. Let me know.
