when should I change the timming belt?

Or if that do anything to make it a better ride any upgrade or add ons i can look in to?

The timing belt won't change the ride quality, but it will keep the engine running in tip-top shape. I would take a look at a performance automotive shop for a full line of add-ons you could purchase for your vehicle, as the list is far too large to lay out here.
