1999 Altima Codes - Can one repair fix all 3 codes?
My Service Engine Light came in my 1999 Altima on so I had a diagnostic tool give me codes. It produced 3 codes. 1) P0325 "Knock Sensor Problem (Bank #1). 2) P0420 "Catalyst Problem (Bank #1), 3) P0141 "O2 Sensor B1S2 Heater Problem".....
The mechanic said these shouldn't leave me stranded, but should be addressed. One of my experienced friends told me that I shouldn't need to fix all three "problems" or "codes".
Does anyone know if one of these codes is causing the other codes to appear? Could fixing just one be suficient causing the other codes to go away? I doubt I need to do the "Catalyst Problem Bank 1". I am thinking a Sensor is causing the other codes where problems don't exist.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
