how to disconect sercurity system

My vehicle will not start because of the security system.  Is there any way I
could disconnect the security system myself without having to take it in to a
dealer?

Fix the system, don't uninstall or disable it. It's installed on your car to preventative measure to thwart having your car being stolen.
