Why is a Chevy Spark so cheap?

They are a bad joke of a car. The range is very limited.

I bought a nissan versa, new in 2013. I believe that vehicle is in the same category as chevy spark. i was looking for a vehicle where I could pay cash, low end vehicle, cost about 16k. 4 cylinder--four door--automatic. I have six grandkids, the four door comes in handy, taken the kids to school and taking home after school. Plenty of pep around town. Cruise 75 and 80 just fine on the highway. No serious problems, yet. they have had problems this transmission, mine, so far so good. You can look up reviews on your vehicle, there is a site for consumer complaints, you could look up complaints. national highway traffic safety site. I know nothing about this particular vehicle. good luck

They're like everything else GM has been making since the late 90s. Junk! Remember, GM filed for bankruptcy for a reason! Just ask my Niece about her 2016 Malibu. Transmission failure at less than 10,000 miles that took almost 2 months to fix. When she got the car back it revs up as she approaches a stop sign. According to the Dealer that's normal! Then she got stranded again with a dead battery. Hope that helps! Jim
