What will cause this car to over heat and the heat is not working.. Radiator and thermostat put in.. It's blowing out cool air

If heat was working before the new radiator and thermostat, I would suspect a large air pocket in the system. Buy an air bleed kit from the auto store. If car is overheating very quickly, your water pump may not be working.
