how do i get it down
there's probably a hidden button on the head rest somewhere. I have one of those on my VW jetta. Took me a while to find it since I bought it from a silent auction. Not a whole lot of hand holding.
If asking strangers on the internet does not do it you could try reading the owners manual as a last resort.
There's a clip on each side of backrest shafts right between seat and backrest, push them in as u push backrest down
