what do I use as spare tire as Kia does not make spare tire kit for 22 kia k5

Cheaply made vehicle. Never buy KIA. So now you need to buy another wheel and find a dealer that carries the brand of tire on the vehicle and buy a tire that matches. Then find a way to latch it down so it doesn't bounce around.

Look for a tire sealant, compressor kit. It should cost you about $50 and place it in the trunk. AAA is nice to have too.
