2022 Kia K5 faulty AC unit?

Whenever I drive a moderate distance and turn off my AC
while parked, my car engine will stutter a couple of times
then shut off completely. I've already brought it into the
dealership for this in which they didn't find anything and
said if it happens again they will reopen the case. I was
wondering if anyone else had this issue and if I should
maybe try a different Kia dealership in a different city to
hope for different results?

I would suggest trying a different Dealer and keep all documentation on this. Don't let an independent shop anywhere near it either! You might have a Lemon Law claim brewing! Jim
The first mistake was buying a Kia. So now the dealership is going to try and keep you jumping through hoops. Keep on them and document everything, if your in the shop more than you drive it, you can do for lemon law and get a buy back. Stay away from KIA, Mitsubishi and Hyundai.
Low idle speed failing a/c compressor, where too much load is placed on engine or idle bottoms out and stalls. Is the service engine light on while running? The idle should pick up 500- 1000k to prevent stalling.
