my right front turn signal lights up but don't blink how fix?

lights up but don't blink. replaced bulb still nothing. all other ones work just not right front.

Check all other turn bulbs on that side front and back. Also any side marker lights on that side if so equipped. One bad bulb can cause another one to come on but not blink.

Cut your flashers on, if it blinks all of them except that one,check bulb or possibly flasher.
THe INTRIGUE has a feature where the outside most bulb turns on to light up around a corner when the turn signal is turned on acting as sort of a headlight at the corner of the car. If this is thebulb youre referring too, Iit's not suposed to blink and you will need to use a clear bulb to get the effect as amber wont light up the corner. If youre referring to the actual turn signal bulb which is on the inside of each headlight housing towards center of car,, you have a different problem and due to the Intrigue being plagued with electrical problems, it could be a number of things
