I have  a 2023 Hyundai elantra run it out of gas, went
an got gas put it in, still will not start now it does turn
over but does not run, so put the code Rader on it an
it said spark plugs 3&4 are bad went got new ones
put them in an it's doing the same thing still. Why will
it not run now. Help me plz anyone it will turn over but
that's it

2023? Just toll it back to dealer under warranty. Sounds like a burnt out fuel pump or a blown fuse. Turn ignition to the on position without starting the car, the fuel pump should run for a few seconds. Carefully put the original parts before bring car in.

First put the original plugs back in then have it towed back to the dealership as it is under factory warranty.
