2006 grand prix stalls,no power,then power on n off frustrating

2006 grand prix...go to start its completely dead...turn key CLICK...then min later powers up on its own  turn key CLICK completely dead...or it starts...driving its missing n hitching sometimes..sometimes its perfect...idleing or driving sometimes stalls...cars completely dead...then out of the blue all power is on .turn key CLICK complety dead or sometimes starts....super frustrating and this car is not reliable..nvr know when its gonna let you down...SICK OF IT....

Could be lots of things, but I'd start by having the battery checked, or if its over 5 years old just replace it. They don't last forever and a weak one can cause all sorts of problems.

Hey thanks .I actually took the battery out cleaned the wires n posts .then noticed a ground wire bolted on down in the side of the car by the back of battery . took it off cleaned it all up put back on n battery back in and its been working perfect for 2 days now.
