07 grand Prix key on no power horn works but no gauges? no start

I have a 2007 Grand Prix all was good then with key on no click no gauges no crank over.  I have jumped the relays and got fuel pump to work Starter but no crank or start from key switch Could not fin d a power from the Key switch is all grounds?  Any ideas power locks work but windows do not work and no action from key fob?

Yes 12.58V, I could not find a pin out for the Ign switch not sure if it is all ground based.

it acts like the Ign 1 relay is not turning on but cant jumper and watch at the same time.
