car lights pulsing and power loss after car sits for a few days

My 2006 pontiac grand prix v6 is losing power hesitating and the lights are pulsing after it sits for a few days,it goes away for a month or so as long as were driving it but as soon as it sits for a week while im on my work rotation it always does this on my ride home once I drive for bout half an hr it starts with the headlights and interior lights pulsing and power loss ,

Sounds like your alternator is going bad and not being able to keep up with the load on the electrical system. Have it checked under laod by a local shop. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.
