Car dies after driving for a few minutes

3.8 supercharge,  I can drive it for about 15min and it will start to bog out and
die. Was starting right up but now it has to sit for 15-30 mins then start.
please help what could be the problem.

i would almost bet one of two things , either fuel pump is getting hot and losing pressure or , my first choice would be ignition module, it gets hot and loses spark until module cools down and will run again till module heats up , common problem with gm products, i would let it run until car shuts off and see if it has lost spark or fuel, good luck

Thank you, I have replaced the mass flow sensor already. No changes. I will definitely try both of your ideas.
