Why I am driving turning the steering wheel 1/4
to1/2 turn be for wheels turn

You have excessive play in the front end. Ball joints, tie rod ends, and other front end components need to be looked at right away. Anything more than 2 inches of play in the steering wheel is dangerous! Hope that helps! Jim
