The two bolts that hold together the housing for the calibers are froze and I can't get them to break free so I can take the housing off to replace the rotors on a 2004 Pontiac grand am? Any advice?

Agreed. I also use a hammer and tap the handle of my wrench in the direction to loosen them. This works most all the time. Acts like an impact wrench.

Also try heat. You can get an inexpensive propane torch and heat the caliper housing (not the bolts). Keep an eye on the brake line and have a bucket of water handy just in case. It won't take much heat to free it up. Liquid Wrench is great, as Tom suggested. Be patient, it needs time to work.
